¼ Red onion
4 oz Gorgonzola Cheese
4 slices bacon
Directions
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Slice tomatoes in half and place in a bowl
- Dice red onion and place in a bowl
- Sprinkle in cheese and bacon and lightly stir
