Elote, or street corn, is a popular and savory meal and snack. The corn is grilled and slathered with toppings and specialized flavors. 

What you will need : 

1. Corn 
2. Cilantro 
3. Sour Cream 
4. Lime 
5. Mayo 
6. Cotija Cheese 
7. Chili Powder 

Steps: 

- Grill corn 

- Transfer the corn to a plate and squeeze lime juice on the corn. Make sure to spread the juice generously.  
- Next, add a layer  of mayo all over the corn 
- Sprinkle the last ingredients Cotija cheese and chili powder
